Hi everyone! Yay its Saturday, had a little sleep in boys so i'm happy!:j

Well got our new (well its old, new for us )car yesterday so paid my friend her £400, car tax £68.75 and petrol £30 as i wont have the money next week, fingers crossed it will last.
Unfortunately i was owed money from various people that failed to arrive  so had to put it on credit cards .
So not changing my sig as the debt is still there, just owe it all to the banks now.
Paid another £2 to the holiday/change kitty

so in total paid a whopping £500.75.

DE eh? my mum used to play his tapes every Sunday along with Queen. Used to torture me with it as she knew i had always had a hangover :rotfl:
Used to be good though brings back lots of happy memories.

Well done all the weight loss for those doing the weight challenge, i tried and failed to lose any weight even though been eating less grr haven't put any on just not lost out. But my waist will come down in chocolate heaven, where divine white chocolate fills fountains with marshmallow clouds. hmmm divine white chocolate hmmm

one of my creditors for a different debt has offered a settlement figure, which knocks approx 25% off the total amount. If I pulled all my money together,in a month or 2 I could afford this (just!)So should I stop lowering the overdraft every week and save up to clear a creditor?I hate this particular one as they do a review every 3 months.I'd be interested in your opinions :D

    Hey twinkles,

Do whatever you feel is best for you...if it'll get someone off your back then I'd say go for it but it all depends on how much interest you're paying in your OD and how much you are paying to your creditor and which one you would be happiest to pay off (sounds like you'd be happy to get rid though and OD can stay over-drawn whereas some people can't wait...if you see what I mean!) If you send them a F&F, it might be wise to track down the template of the letter that goes along with it!

    Hello all

PAD £11 to the Capitalist Ones

I am off to a friends' annual Eurovision party tonight. Ha ha ha. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Should be fun. I have pulled "Turkey" in the sweepstake and there's fifty quid in the pot so if anyone is watching then cheer them on them for me! They are 4th favourite on Paddy Power. This is actually slightly worrying as the drinking game rules tonight are everytime your country gets a 10 or 12 points score then you have to take a shot of something  Have pre-bought alka seltzer! Last year I had Ukraine who came second but can't remember all that much :o Also having to dress in a "Turkey" theme :o so off to sort that now....hmmmm.

Have a great day all !!

PS David Essex is a legend!! Winters Tale is my fave Xmas song ever!

  • :hello: Hey everyone!

Oo there's a bit of sunshine! Maybe the rain will keep away!! :D

£3 to the ol' Barclaycard this morning. For some reason my DD ain't coming out until the end of the month so I'm a bit confused by it all.

oOo mumof4, sounds fab! I'll come with you! :D I've always wanted a pair but had to settle for a pair of bulky buckled Harley Davidson boots instead! But I do love New Rocks (these boots are FAB!) :D:

    710silver.jpg

You can get them online for about £120 (www.camden-boots.co.uk). Good luck with finding a fab pair though! :D

Hope everyone's doing OK? New hair time as soon as I've finished me brew - excited! Have a good day everyone and will probably pop back tomorrow night after le camping!
    xx

Lol Danko, I think my DD wants you to adopt her :-)
Theyre not cheap though are they? She had £60 to spend for her birthday and wanted to go to Afflecks palace but we had the boys in the buggy and im pretty sure they dont have a lift in there so that was out.
Eventually we ended up in New Look and when we got to the tills the cashier tallied it up to £94.50 :eek::eek: Guess who got the priveledge of giving her the extra?

Anyway thats her birthday sorted and shes dissapeared upstairs with her new mobile phone and clothes.
Youd never believe she was about to turn............................11 :mad::mad:

Bloody hell them boots!!! I wouldn't fancy you stepping on my toes! Mind you bets its a close one between that and someone wearing stilettos standing on your foot...

OMG can you tell I've been working like ALLLLL day. Back here to waste ten minutes before I get the last little bit finished. And by typing something I don't get moaned at for not getting on with things hehe.

I did set myself a deadline of 2pm but that didn't happen because I got into making some extra resources which took a while. Oh and I nipped out to do the shopping at lunchtime so that I could get away from the computer screen and my very uncomfortable computer chair. It has almost no bum padding let I've had it that long, good job I've got my own ;) :rotfl:

I got a bit of a bargain at tesco though, they had nice n easy hair dye on whoopsie for £1.20! I bought two, but now I'm worried that I'll use them and all my hair will fall out, any thoughts? They can't be out of date surely!

    Laters,

Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
