So here we here - Do you mean to join Pinecone? They don't do referrals, you have to find a banner to click on to join. If you search the forum you should find a few threads with links to pinecone banners or an idea of where to look for them. I think this is how I joined Pinecone.
Btw not cheeky to ask. :rotfl:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -
Just having a catch up - sorry if I have missed anything:
Kandipandi – hope you feel better soon – bit of a drastic way to lose weight though!
Mumof4 – belated Happy Birthday!
Twinkles – you must be so relieved about dd!
Sarah – glad you like my names for my debts! I could have copied other people’s names but I decided to try and think up my own – plus I like a little alliteration! (Geddit?!)
Purpleclutterbuck & Danko – Think I ought to try SW if it allows you to eat loads! Need to shed some blubber!
angelicmary – what fab news about the tax credits and well done on clearing your arrears!
Green & ETO – great jokes!
Bowski – every penny counts – well done! I don’t know whether you have noticed, but I (and others!) pay pence corresponding to the date as part of our PADs, e.g. my payments today are £5.07 and £1.07 because it is the 7th of the month (helps in the tracking!) – occasionally my PADs are literally just pence, when I am too skint to pay anything else!
Newbies – welcome!
To all those who have lost weight – well done!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Don't worry about it.
I did a 1p PAD on the 1st of the month too.
I have made up my mind that even if I'm in overdraft, I will still pay a PAD of some type - unless I'm ever in danger of going into unauthorised O/D territory.0 -

Hi guys
I did a tentative £5 electronic transfer last to GE Loan last week and I have just rang them to make sure that they got it and they did - the bloke on the other end thought I was nuts, he even laughed at me!!
I was wary of transferring money into some big pot somewhere that didnt actually make it to my loan account. Panic over though ~ it worked. So that makes life easier.
I have been scrimping to overpay buy a few hundred this month but I have to get my home electrics sorted out (they are a deathtrap apparently!!!!) so goodness knows how much that will set me back. So my pad's will have to be mini until I can pay that!
My PAD for today is £16.44.You can stand there and agonize........
Till your agony's your heaviest load. (Emily Saliers)0
