Happy Birthday Mumof4 - Hope you have a lovely day!

I am trying to organise going back to work, I am completely dreading it so much has changed while I have been off. I had never heard of the phrase "everyone has their own agenda" until I started in that school but it really is true. Everyone is out for themselves. I am planning to go back jobshare and it is supposed to be in 3 weeks but apparently the headteacher has not made a decision on it yet!:mad::mad::mad: Even though I applied for it in January! I am just getting really stressed about it all and I really hate not being able to plan for childcare etc! (must calm down!)

Anyway sorry for the rant - just needed to vent.

Back to normal PADin business - £11.00 today for me!

    Terri thanks for the totals!

Hope everyone has a good day!
    xx

i'm camped out in the lounge whilst the builders make LOTS of dust doing something involving a big machine and bricks! hoping the rain will pass later so i can get some washing out.

hope you're on the mend from your op, kandipandi. and big well done to the 3 pounds, danko - maybe i should try slimming world. i can't do any kind of diet that leaves me feeling hungry, so i think it would be my best choice. do you have to go to the classes or can you just get the books?

catch you later, everyone. enjoy the hump!

Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Ralph suddenly jumped into the deep end.

He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there.

Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled
him out. When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her to be mentally stable.

When she went to tell Edna the news she said, 'Edna, I have good news
and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life of the person you love. I have concluded that your act displays sound mindedness.

The bad news is, Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead.'

Edna replied, 'He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry.
How soon can I go home?'
