Today is some info for those on healthy eating / weight loss kicks. In Glamour magazine there is an article saying you should have at least 7 1/2 hrs sleep. They did an experiment with a few women to prove it aided weight loss. Apparently if you sleep less than that your body isn't getting enough time to break the fat in the body which is a job it does when we're in a deep sleep.
Another more practical fact is that when you're tired you are likely to eat more and usually the stuff that aint that good for you!!

  • Morning all

Have made a PaD of £2 today.

Hopefully will start making some bigger PaD's when my new money month starts. (Friday)

Have a good day all, i'm debating whether to go to bed (worked nightshift, not lazy) or to persevere and watch cr4p telly. Though after reading your post Hopeful1, i'm thinking it might be better for my waistline if i do the sleep thing.

    hi all !

Well done for clearing all those debts everyone !!!! Cant believe it over £7000 wow you more more than a pat on the back for that one :T:beer:

Right my current pad for the few days is £5, but as an added incentive as i'm living off my current joint overdraft which i've not included in my debt free challenge. But as i haven't spent anything its coming off that account as well. Extra bonuses all round :rotfl::whoohoo:

Sent OH to work, so will be sorting more stuff today and waiting for a delivery from Asda.

    Bye for now x
  • Morning everyone... great total for yesterday again :D

PAD for me today is £10 :)
