Congratulations to all of you peeps :T.
What fantastic posts today. Cleared debts, great birthday celebrations, passing driving tests, massive pads, newbies deciding to take the plunge and old-timers returning to the fold...the list is endless. It's been a busy day :rotfl:.
You guys are an inspiration :A.
Made a PAD of £9 today and had a low-spend day :T.
See you all tomorrow, same time, same place.

Are you finding £2 coins are being given out more often? I HAVE to put mine in my sealed pot, but there have been times when i could cry 'cause i've had 2 of them in my change, leaving me with even less in my purse :rolleyes:One step at a time0 -
Hi Folks
Congratulations to Mum of 4, Piggin skint, and Clearing out my Pockets for clearing your cards - way to go :j:j
Twinkles, glad your hubby passed his test, it will make such a difference for you both.
Well my PAD is £5 again today.
Had a day out today doing a bit of shopping. Didn't spend much, took back a top I had bought before I was in hospital and got some pants and vests for DS when I returned it, so that was a no spend. Then bought a dress for myself for a 30th Birthday party I am going to in June but I don't like it on so will take that back tomorrow. Had lunch out with mum and a friend but it wasn't very good and it was not worth the money. As a result I didn't feel like tea tonight so sitting eating a packet of biccies - don't think the PAD weigh in is going to go well on Thursday lol.
Anyway better go. Have a good Hump Day all tomorrow.0 -

I'm Ok with spending £2 coins ((they come in handy for Wetherspoons beers - Andy thinking about beers again - shock!))....My fix is 20p's. I love the little mad shaped devils. LOL. Cannot spend them - EVER - since I got stacks in change from a prescription charge and got my Hoegarden glass and started collecting them up and taking them down to the HSBC machine....
HEAR ME PAD THREAD - NEVER SPEND THE 20p's !! Cue evil laugh. You are all feeling very sleepy and must give LondonA your 20p's !!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
All this good news today has also prompted me to join flying fresians Debt Free Birthday Club Challenge - debt free date here I come too....!!Debt Free 25th August 2010 with PAD !!TARGETS ::D
