    Hi All

Very busy week this week, so no time to catch up with the thread! Might manage it on Friday as new broadband is due to go live on Thursday.

Anyway, onto the business of the day - today's PAD is £34.54 to Tosspot Tesco.

That's it, debt on that card now gone!! :j:j:j:j:j

    Hello all :hello:

That's a fantastic total for yesterday - well done all

The banks must really be wondering what all these PADs are for....

Hopeful - you have been great with the counting duties !!

Thanks Andy! *blush* :o;) I've quite enjoyed doing it. It's fab to see how quickly the £s and pennies add up.

Glad you're feeling 'human' again, with a nice long weekend to look forward to

Well done mumof4 - debt buster supreme :j

I was offered a reduced full and final on my outstanding insurance yesterday, so i've bitten their hands off and paid it off - yay :j

Thanks to f_f's Birthday Challenge Thread, i had sat and written down how many wks / months / years it would take to pay off each and every debt. I've now paid the insurance off 5 wks earlier than budgeted for. I am now going to double future payments to my dad which will halve the planned pay off date to 7 wks!

Clearing the small debts is inspiring me. Once they're cleared i can then settle down to deal with the bigger debts with more available cash to pay them off.

    £30.89 CARS (outstanding insurance)
    £10 Dad
    £5 Cap 1

    TOTAL PaD £45.89

    :D

    :j:j Well Done clearing :j:j
drinks are on you  hehe !!
thanks Hopeful :D I am a bit confused on the Loan working outs as the balance stands at £14K but OH is saying £25K :o Im a bit thick when it comes to calculations but it isn't adding any interest as its a non- Flexi loan in my eyes I think that would stand at £14K left to pay over 7 years unless im off my trolley lol :rotfl:
If it is only £14K I will be very happy as it is less daughting then £25K
ww I am so please how well people are doing !!

  • I will indeed be staying. I have to renew my annual travelcard in two weeks' time so I'll be putting money back on the credit card.
