1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 half of red chilli - be careful
coriander
2 tbsp tikka powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp sweetner
5tbsp of low fat fromage frais
250ml water
salt , pepper

Cut up onion, crush garlic, deseed and chop chilli , chop coriander.
Spray pan with fry light and fry onion , add garlic ,chilli ,ginger, tikka powder and fry for 2-3 min.
Stir in tomatoe puree, sweetner ,water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat add fromage frais , stir, add beans simmer for 12-15 min.
Be careful with chilli as hot maybe add only a little[/FONT]
[FONT="]*I used 2 cans of beans as it didn't say how much and it was quite a good balance with the other ingredients but there was LOTS! Use your biggest saucepan![/FONT]

Right, draw a line under far too many syns over the last 3 days - I still have the majority of the week in which to do good for my second week! I WILL NOT PUT ON!
Any 'free' cheap and easy idea's for a pack-up tomorrow? Got an archery comp so can't be anything too 'wimpy'! Red day pref!0 -

Thanks hun, would of made the scotch eggs if I'd had the time but I've been out all day and being picked up at 10.15 tomorrow. Got some cocktail sausages to pick at (1.5syns each) and will make a nimble/tuna/dairylea sarnie to take with me too along with 7up Light. Having a big free cooked breakfast before I go so that should last me until I get home for my roast dinner!!0
