  • Good news today - I have lost 4 lbs today. Writing everything down certainly seems to work for me. Now I must try really hard again this week so that I get into the next stone bracket IFYSWIM.

Judderman I haven't received a copy of your spreadsheet. I would so like one please.

Joined Slimming World originally in December 05 at 17st 9lb and then followed a very hilly route. I now weigh 11st 12 lbs. Whoops, I'll now have to confess to being 12st 12lbs.:o

After following Body Optimse and doing EE for 6 weeks I got my stone award today so I am really pleased.

I only lost a 1lb this week but I have had a chinese banquet, a chippy lunch and a few other naughties..hubbies birthday...so a 1lb off is good I think.

I want 2lb off next week.

Oooh some lovely losses this week - joyous news of a Wednesday morning!

I can add mine - 2.25 lbs off - meaning have hit Club 10 AND 1.5 stone award.

Judderman - one day at a time, eh? You just have to get back into the routine, perhaps?

It would be best to remove your email details from the above and send them in a Personal Message direct to Judderman - much safer. I think it might also break forum rules posting it here:confused:
  • Hello lovely people!!

I'm not a regular poster (can't keep up since I work 2 jobs - the idea of being on-line all the time at home doesn't really appeal! ;)) but I need some help - so I'm hoping there's a kind soul there willing to oblige!

Does anyone have any suggestions for "snacky" food, which isn't fruit or yoghurt, also isn't crisps/chocolate/sweets and is low in syns? A lot to ask for I know - but I can live in hope!

Also - ideally something that can be bought at the supermarket, rather than needing prep! :D

I'm having a total starver of a day and don't want to waste what has so far been a good week!

    xx

Depending upon you doing a green day of course, but I love Supernoodles. They're tasty and filling and if you get the 98% fat free ones, they're also syn-free.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Mug shots (the less than 1% fat ones are free)
Cous cous - can't remember the name but there are some that are mug sized.
Hi fi bars, or HEb cereal bars as a B choice
