    Thank You Jolene and Penny

It is the baby that would be coming and as there is 4 sessions on the same day I would make sure he is all fed and happy before going to one of the sessions....during school holidays I would probably just pay and weigh, unless dh will watch the older two so I can stay to class.

Hi everyone - just checking in at the end of the Bank Holiday weekend. Weather's been dull, damp and miserable here today, and that's made me feel a bit low. I've felt really tired and have slept on and off all day, and have no energy. Not sure I feel 100% but can't quite put my finger on it.

If nothing else, I have managed to stay on plan all weekend. Normally I would have used the BH as an 'excuse' to have a treat or six. Went out to the in-laws last night and still stuck to it. Mind you, they were very good and had made an effort to provide choices I could have (fresh fruit salad for instance, as well as a gateau).

I'm on a roll attitude-wise at the moment, which makes a change for me. But when I feel a bit grumpy and miserable, like I have done today, it would be so easy to just tuck into an enormous bar of fruit & nut!

    Good morning everyone.

Well done princess Kate on the loss and Cuffey for staying on plan.

I weighed in today and have put on about half a pound (200g, I only have metric scales).

I have been picking at letfovers/kids food as well as having a glass of wine too much too often. Also a couple of times I've let myself get too hungry and then chosen badly.
So, need to get on the wagon again. I've got Judd's spreadsheets and have checkd intot he online support this morning. I think the secret is planning so will do that later before going shopping.

    Have a good day

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! and please don't panic.
Personally, I think if you're feeling hungry you must be doing something wrong :D. The beauty of Slimming World, in my opinion, is that there is no need to go hungry......... ever. Do you mainly follow Red/Green/Extra Easy? Are you clear on all the plans? Have you tried using the website, this is a mine of info? What about looking through some Slimming World mags they usually have examples of menus etc.? Also think about contacting your consultant if you're really struggling, thats what they are there for. If you want to be a bit more specific about the problems you're having we'll try and help, we;re a friendly bunch and there is no such thingas a stupid question on here!

The one thing you can say about SW is that you shouldn't ever be hungry as there are so many free foods you can indulge in!

Perhaps you could post what you're eating on here; there are lots of knowledgeable people who can make suggestions. The plan appears complicated at first, but it gets easier when you're in more of a routine with it.
