Apparently they can make it available in any Tesco's -to order - I phoned Irwins to check - they are very helpful. Says on loaf 6 g per slice and lovely bread - lower carbs than the wholemeal version. You can always contact them to check if it is available in your area.Treat the Earth well,It was not given to you by your parents,It was loaned to you by your children.Masai proverb0 -

Low carb tortilla wraps are available at lowcarbmegastore and avidlite. They are in a re-sealable bag and keep well in the fridge. I use these occasionally as a chappatti substitute too.

Evening every-one:santa2:
Beanru- The body processes wine in the same way it does carbs, it makes a bottle like having 9g carbs. I prefer to stick to Southern comfort or vodka with Pepsi max as they are free  I don't use other mixers as most contain aspertame.
Well done sistercas, not a bad day at all :T
Debtmonkey your gf weight loss is great! I don't eat any bread type products so can't help you there.Carb flu is when you feel awful when you just start low carbing.
Those beans are the best I've known but I only eat 20g a day so that would take up far to much of it.
Skymist. I just put it flat on a baking tray with a sprinkle of salt on. Yummy
Adelight, I just had a few porky scratchings for lunch but I left OH a lc shepards pie to reheat.
Your lunch sounded lovely.
I changed the meal plan tonight, we just had a cheese & cauliflower fritter with pork chop & a fried egg. I had some cualiflower mash that needed used & I was feeling to lazy to cook properly.
I'm in awe at everyone decorating, I hate it, I'd much rather be in the kitchenLife is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -

It's been a LC day for me but not been great... egg and mackerel for breakfast, peanut blobs, brie and salad at work, then got home and had 1 square 80% choc, more brie and a bowl of SF jelly and whipped cream. Whipped cream is all gone now though and I'm full so maybe won't be having any dinner. I've got loads of work to do and having a BLAHHHH day so craving rubbishLiving cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -

Sorry to appear thick, but what do you do then? Do you grill it? Bake it? How long do you cook it for? TIA
