  • Morning all :hello:

Landprofits, don't forget you can also make pizza with a cauliflower base:

Hi Pam, welcome to the thread. I'm one of those naughty peeps that don't take vitamin tablets but you could try looking at the websites for vitaminsdirect and simplysupplements. (I'm also not doing low-carb atm but am still posting on a low-carb thread :o:whistle:)

Hope everyone else doing ok (in their absences!! :p)

I'm still lgiing & walking my socks off!! Did a 2 hour walk the other day & was absolutely shattered afterwards, I'm so unfit.

The weather is lovely here so we've decided to have a BBQ tonight :j I'll be making chicken & veggie kebabs for me & drinking lots of red wine (just for a change) :D

    Have a lovely weekend everyone.

thanks sweetserendipity I'll have a look at both sites and see what I can find. My husband and kids laugh at the state of me trying to swallow the H&B tablets and I get so cheesed off gagging all the time that I usually give up after a few days and not take them. It's a waste of money I can't really afford.

I've got them they are huge :rotfl:
I'm an expert now, i take 4 of that size in one go

Bit obvious but chop them in half with a sharp knife (knife on tablet, bang with something heavy = clean break )

Just popped in and is very quiet here.

Shoulda mentioned that the recipe for the bread dough would make at least four pizzas (maybe five, thin crust ) you dont need the whole lot so would only be about 15g carbs each whole pizza base, so if you keep the toppings carb friendly half a pizza is fine as a treat :)

I've avoided icing talk as I'm many things but a hypocrit I'm not, therefore little to say on topic really. :rotfl:

Got one last bottle of wine in the fridge which will be getting tanked tonight then tomorrow it's omelette and water again. :D

Well i was bad yesterday :o all day in the garden and a very knackered me at the end of it so i succumbed to a kebab :o

Today has been another busy garden day but i managed bacon, scramblies and mushrooms for brunch and some belly pork for tea.

I shall get back to a proper menu type thingy tomorrow when i have to force myself back into a routine for work.

  • Hi all-Im back again after staying away and getting rather overweight!
Started Atkins on 29th March and to date Ive lost 9lb so I know it will slow down now.Ive had a couple of naughty deviations-one easter egg-ate it all in one day and "got it over with". One big toblerone bar I was given as a present-at that in 3 sessions-but although I did that I didnt go mad and think all is lost! I stuck to everything else rigidly.
Ive been using ketostix to inspire me and its nice to see it turn purple! Started at 12 stone 12 and Im on ly 5 ft 5 so its far too heavy. No set goal in mind-I will set "little goals" as when I set big ones I tend to fail. My "goal" for the moment is 11 st 12 to get below the 12 stone. I hate the no 12 now with a vengeance!
