LOL @ aliasojo's dream ... that's some weird dreaming going on there!
Another weigh-in and down 0.2kg which now puts my BMI at a slightly less scary 30.5
Not sure what I can say about how I stick to it ... during the week it's not too bad it's the weekends that kill me with temptation ... probably helps that 2/3 people in the house are LCing so there's not too much junk food laying around ... though god help me if that !!!!! egg hasn't disappeared by Sunday it's mine!
Off to a BBQ today, so going to take along some steak to cook as well ... just need to remember not to have a bun with any burgers/sausages, and go for chicken that's not had any dressing or coverings/marinades put on it
Keep up the good work everyone0 -
I've actually made it onto Dr Dalhqvist's site.

Alias, dont beat yourself up, i'm not.
My mentality has totally changed, what happened yesterday would normally have decided the fate of the latest diet.. death.. but, today, i have moved on and will get back to LC-ing.
Everyone at some point is going to have days when things go off track.
I still have not eaten as i'm not hungry, and was up at 7.30 so i dont think that much damage has been done.
Am off for a nice cooked brekkie.
And as i wont be having Easter eggs (not bothered anyway) i have bought myself a side of salmon as my treat. I will share with the boys tho:rotfl:
Have also got a large piece of beef and lots of lc veg.
I have to admit i was eating far too much chocolate 'just for the sake of it' and am surprised that i dont crave it very often, i think the raspberry, sf jelly and cream thing is so lush that i'm not missing out.
Bacon and egg here i come..0 -
Hello
Been catching up on the posts, hi to the new folk!
I DO hope that taking a break from low carb kick starts things as I have been eating "normally" this week. Really enjoying it but am quite bloated from bread. Cant live in someones house and stick to a list of dietry requrementsBest bit is they do not own any scales! No point in worrying then
Am quite looking forward to low carbing again. We`ve done lots of walking and the weather is gorgeous! On my way back to sunny Bolton tomorrow so will be back here soon :T
Big love to all! Keep the faith despite Easter temptations

Oh dear - I went to bed at 5:30 this morning having stayed up all night drinking red wine with the lodger! So naughty. I also had a takeaway, but it was a cheese-and-veg jalfrezi with garlic fried mushrooms, so not as bad.
I feel I should update on my Mum (OnlyGayeInTheVillage), since she seems to have stopped posting on here (come on, Mum!) - we spoke the other day and she's now lost well over a stone. And still has real pizza every Saturday night (moi? jealous?). I'm so proud of her for totally beating her target of "lose a stone by June", and thought you guys would be tooMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

I'll whisper this as its a bit cheeky.. wot's your lodger like then?? cant you 'get together'
seeing as you can stay up drinking with him.. it is a him isn't it.
I will delete this if you want :rotfl: let me know;)0 -
I think she's just been cutting out the worst carbs - pasta, rice, bread... with Saturday night pizza the only exception. Of course, as a veggie I think she and Dad have historically depended on eating all those kinds of food so it's quite a dramatic change.
I love my lodger to bits, he's a great mate! But never a good idea to "see" someone you already live with  :rotfl:Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
