Yes, am a healthy normal weight now, apparently!

(Just don't look at my revoltingly fat wobbly thighs, and my droopy, horrible ('me for a tummy tuck' belly. :D)

Wow, just noticed you changed your sig HC, well done on that BMI!! :T

I'd swap bellies with you though!

Still, it keeps one shoulder warm as I sling it up and over as I climb the stairs at night.

You really wouldn't want to swap with me - I might not have had twins but had 2 kiddies close together so my belly is not a pretty sight either!! :o

As soon as my back was turned last night, i did sneak downstairs, and caught myself with a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes...

Thankfully, this morning, i am not starving as i thought i would be and am back to normal ( obviously thats debateable)

I should never have bought granary tho, will have to avoid looking at it.

I was also rather confused, tis tomorrow i am going out to the 'do'
(must've been all that sugar in my blood!!) so i have today to get back on track.

And am annoyed that i have woke early on my day off

Lots to do but gonna have a bit of a laze and watch catch up tv on my lappy in bed:j

You know how alchoholics have to confess their sins (or is that just catholics....I get easily confused :rotfl:)....

Well on the basis that I am neither an alcoholic nor a catholic :D....I'm going to confess mine so I can deal with it and move on. If I dont...it becomes a dirty little secret in my head and I feel worse. So humour me please peeps?

Between 5pm and around 9.30pm ish (cant actually remember when I stopped tbh) last night but it was about then.....I had:

Spanish chicken / potatoes / brocolli
12 mini crackers with butter (2 individual packs of 6)
    1 mini eggs easter egg
Magners cider (had no wine left so started on OH's )
    Oven chips with tomato sauce
Brown seeded roll & butter (to put the chips on )

Even as I was eating I was full and bloated but I just kept binging. I looked 9 months pregnant by the time I went to bed.

Now it doesn't matter how much I learn about good food/bad food and carbs v's fats etc...it's all very well knowing the theory but how the hell do you stop the behaviour? I just dont understand why I cant control this.

I expected to have a bad night's sleep with indigestion etc but I slept well and didn't wake up until after 8am (and it wasn't even down to the booze as all the food in my stomach had soaked that up and I was completely sober when I went to bed lol).

I did have loads of weird dreams though....my OH was in the army and I decided to join up too but they gave me black gym shoes (like kids wear for school gym) that were too small and they hurt my toes. They shouted at me when I asked for new ones and I had to pay for them. There was a welcoming banquet made for the new recruits but pink icing was going to be used for the cakes and OH didn't like pink so he peed in the icing bowl. They didn't notice and iced the cakes anyway and when he saw the feast spread out he felt really bad and went to bed.

As you see, it's all fairly highbrow and intellectual in my head at night. :rotfl:

Anyway, I feel good today and what's very surprising is...the scales haven't changed. Seriously dont understand that, I'm wondering if my body just hasn't managed to process all that was put into it last night and maybe by tomorrow I'll be pounds heavier? I really cant see that I'll have got away with all that scot free.

I'm back low carbing today though. :) There are no peanuts or Atkins bars left and I'm going to get OH to do a quick shop for me so I dont buy crap and I have something low carb in for meals.

Sorry this was novel length btw. :o
