Was up at 7.30 but still contemplating what to have for breakfast, fed up of eggs
Maybe bacon, sausage and tomatoes, with a couple of crispbreads
Funny old day here, sunny, then cloudy, gone very still, prob snow next!
Right, off to stare into the fridge, see you later.0 -
Hi everyone, is it ok to join in?
Need to get my weight back down again as i've put on alot the last few months.
Is there a food list or anything i can have a look at for meal ideas as i'm goin to Asda later. I've made a start tho and had 2 fried eggs using the olive oil spray stuff.
Thanks in advance n good luck to everyone who's low carbing0 -
Hi Lelle and welcome. Check the first post for links to some good low carb recipes and resources.
WE just booked our summer holiday last night, to Turkey - v excited. We've got a week in a villa in Kas, with a private swimming pool and steps down to the sea from our back garden! And then a week in a bungalow on a turtle-nesting beach, lots of sand adn snorkelling. Hoorah! My five year old is very excited. As is my 39-year-old! lol.
Anyway, I too need a holiday-weight-loss boost. Even if I was just a stone lighter I'd be much less likely to be harpooned. Operation bikini butt is on!0 -
