I haven't asked/hinted for any of these things, I think he thinks it will make me happy
Anyone heard of 'feeders'?? Partners/friends/relations that keep giving food to their loved ones as an act of love & to basically feed them up!! I think I might have one!! :rotfl:
I have, leave home quick or you'll end up at 40 stone.
BTW, love those lemon cupcakes, wouldn't be able to resist.0 -
I had a lovely dinner and also made roast BNS, carrot, yellow pepper and onion soup, and whizzed it with cabbage boiled in veg stock, is fab.
Had the brainwave to make my schwarz gravy less carby by mixing a third of a pkt with juices/fat and veg stock and adding some of the soup, bloody lovely, and enough to cover two dinners, so thats tomorrow sorted
Also mixed the brazil nut butter with the peanut butter and was quite a success, and lower in carbs0 -
Alias well done on your weight loss :T:T

Wow, well done on the 18.5lbs off, sistercas!! :j
All these lbs dropping off everybody, tis brilliant!!
mazzers, I've bought some of the Schwartz gravy to try. Alias, did you manage to find some, seem to remember you asking where to get it from?? Got mine from the Co-op & it was with all the other packets of sauce mixes/spices etc.
I'm busy meal-planning & writing a shopping list atm, I want to be as organised as possible starting tomorrow!!0 -
You have me sussed
So, am chuffed atm
Dont hold yer breath tho!
Sending positive vibes so you can keep on the straight & narrow.
There's been a lot of talk about gravy recently. I fry some leek & celery until soft then whizz it & thin it with veg stock from whatever I'm cooking & the juices from the meat if there are any. I add a teaspoon of gravy granules just to make it a bit brown & that makes a lovely gravy.
Yesterday I cooked a small lamb joint in the slow cooker & made the gravy this way & it was gorgeous. Certainly didn't taste like diet food!0 -
Just had a yummy dinner of Tarragon chicken and sugarsnap peas, nomnomnom. Couldnt eat much of it though, i seem to get full very quickly on low carb. Have left it on the side so i can go back to it later if i'm hungry. Havent drunk nearly enough water though! Need to make a conscious effort tomorrow to up it, will have a really early night tonight as i'm so tired. Late night at work last night so will try and catch up tonight. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Did you use the IPD recipe?? Thinking of trying that - another one to add to my menu plan!!

Eaten cold or heated up?? Beware if you do heat it up, remember what happened to you last time!!:rotfl:0 -

I feel really positive when i'm dieting as it means i'm in control and improving myself, when i'm not i feel really depressed as i know i'm just getting fatter, slowly but surely, and wont go out as my clothes dont fit and i look like the proverbial sack of sh*t
Ditto. Want to thank you twice for that.Alias well done on your weight loss :T:T
