Yum. made some of that chocolate that Dr DD suggested and its lush, chopped and roasted the hazelnuts and added sweetener and what a difference it made
Have a bagful in the fridge for emergencies.

Hey guys, Hope you all had a great valentines
Today I had:
Breakfast
2 Boiled eggs and a protein shake
Lunch:
chicken sandwich using lots of spinach and burgen soya bread (which is lower carb than normal bread AFAIK)
Dinner:
Chicken and broccoli bake
Doing it like this is working out a lot better - I feel like I have more energy and I'm not killing myself by restricting my diet to really low carb counts. Been keeping the carbs (mostly) restricted to the early morning and lunchtime.0 -

Only stayed for the meal as we were worried about the drive back & twas hair-raising to say the least, thick fog, ice, snow, pitch black!!
