Happy Birthday to my lovely 13 year old (eek!!) Daughter!! :smileyhea _party_

Going out for a meal tonight & I fully intend having chips!!

Oh no. :silenced: 13! It's the entry age to Hell. Mine changed overnight and became Satan's sprog on his 13th birthday, I kid you not..... it was that definitive a change. I will say loads of prayers for you tonight sweet. :rotfl:

Tell her Happy Birthday and hope you have a good night tonight. Enjoy your chips.

Good luck with the blood test mazzers.

Morning all, yesterday I had, yoghurt, roast beef, brocolli and cabbage, and beef leftovers. Don't know why but I suddenly felt starving at about 10pm and had a binge of salad and more yoghurt. Today i'm having yoghurt, cheesy eggs and beef with creamy pepper sauce and maybe some lc crispbreads. Is it ok to eat Philladelpiha? Mazzers, if you find a good recipe please post as I would love to make some too. I think I could eat them all day.. Edited!

Oops, I wonder what I was thinking of! I'm glad Philly is ok because it is often bogof and is great with the dry crispbreads. Menu for the next few days will be Philly Philly Philly!

    Yay! Well done you!. :T

I remember being weighed at Weight Watchers once......I'd run out of the house in a hurry as I was late and didn't realise I had the pressure cooker weight in my pocket (this was years ago when pressure cookers had seperate hefty weights that had to be put on top). I was quite confused why I hadn't lost anything as I knew I'd been good that week. :rotfl:

I've just been to Lidl's (Canterbury) and the Greek yoghurts are down to £1.45. I don't know if this is in all stores but it might be worth looking if you eat as many as I do..
