Tell them to f e c k right off. They cant force you to go, can they? Esp if you are still at your work. And are they bothering you at home? I'd put an end to that as well. Barstewards.0 -

My sister is here on holiday from Oz and her kids are right little Aussies. The baby who is 2 was shouting for a jam piece. I can just see her in Oz demanding a jam piece and everyone looking blankly at her :rotfl:0 -
Forgot to report my 1/2 lb loss this morning. Bit disappointed, but a loss is a loss eh? Really need to measure myself, but cant find the tape measure.
oh and I had 2 tiny pieces of cake this afternoon. Mum and I made my brothers wedding cake and we made little fairy cakes with some of the mix so we could have a taste. One chocolate and one lemon. I'm very pleased with the way they have turned out. Roll on Sunday when I'll have a proper piece0 -
morning everyone!!
well done on your loss ssshow often do you weigh yourself? i check my weigh everyday but only count sundays results so it looks like i only weigh in once a week
i cant go without checking to see how much i weigh. i know i shouldnt do it often do!! Sometimes after ive eaten i see how much the food has made me put on and it motivates me to go do some exercise (this trick hasnt worked in a while though lol)
im getting stuck for ideas for what to eat. trying to only spend like £20 for the week. Dont even know if this is possible on this woe :S0 -
Well I'm most miffed. I had to visit the Ahem Clinic yesterday for various reason - as a new patient, the nurse weighed me, and it came up 11st7lbs (which she said was a healthy weight). But my scales at home still say 10st13lbs! I know which one I prefer the sound of, but which am I in real life?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
