Hi, me again. Can someone tell me if the EPA ingredient in the Ketosis Cocktail is evening primrose oil or something else. I have coconut oil and flax oil but not the last ingredient and would like to give it a try. Is it the first thing to take in the morning or can it be after a cup or tea - I'm not really alive till then.lol

I'm not really following any special lc diet, I have ME/CFS and find reading a bit difficult most days, so just going by the links and comments on this thread.

Thanks again in advance, promise to learn as quick as I can and then stop pestering.

I think its a fish oil, not sure what, someone will say later.
You are not being a pest.
Everyone on here is glad to help you, ask all you want icon7.gif

It is a fish oil, rich in omega 3, i just googled it.

Would I just go in a health store and ask for EPA then?

Also is it the first thing to drink in the morning?

    Thanks

I think the high strength epa is only available online, dont know any more than that as i've never taken the keto cocktail.

I think mercy took it a couple of times a day.
You may be able to find her posts if you do a search.

G&B - good luck for your first day. I think you'll probably be at work, so hope that goes well. I'd find it really difficult. I like the way that the IPD is written (get me, into the acronyms already ;)) I like that bossy way

Ted - how much weight have you lost? I love your sources of information. Great stuff :D

I was supposed to be making a spicy beef thing for tonights tea, but I'm so tired I think I'll just order an Indian for me and BF. I'm sure I'll fine something appropriate to eat :D

Thanks mazzers, I looked back on Mercy's threads and it seems that she was not including the EPA in her cocktail and was taking it before breakfast and then before dinner, so I will give that a go.

I don't think I could drink fish oil. At the present I am eating meat but on only the second day I'm not so keen so I've ordered the Rose Elliiot low carb diet and also the cookbook as I've a feeling I will be going down that route before long.

evening everyone :) had a lovely day at the beach today, it wasnt sunny but it wasnt raining either so i was happy. Walked so much my feet are all sore but still it was really nice spending time with the family. Everyone ate their own thing so didnt feel restricted. Drank too much water and kept popping to the ladies every 10 mins but it was still worth it.
