Hi all
I have finished reading all the posts & have made a few things as well.
But I have drank BEER. ooh I can't remember how much as it was only an hour ago. Still slightly p*shed maybe 4 bottles of Muller light. Is this bad ? I will find out tomorow as it's weigh day, ha ha weigh day tis funny.
Todays menu
B Total yogurt just a little & Strawberry Shake
L Chicken Salad
D Salmon Treats & Salad, orange S/F jelly & cream
Snack Kiwi, Peparami, Flax like crackerbread with pate & cream cheese, total yogurt.
Also had coffee with coconut oil in it as I thought it would help my constitution!
I have been having double cream in my coffee but it seems too much like christmas, it is soo good that it seems wrong to keep scoffing it. I can get a Litre for £1.89 & I did on Tuesday and have used half of it. The Salmon treats were good & the flax like crackerbread was great as well. I'm off to bed (before that zombie gets me).

I'm not a scottish peep, but married to one  Is that Millport?? I always get confused cos there is GreaT Cumbrae & Litttle Cumbrae?? Been to Millport, lovely place & would imagine great for cycling but we walked from ferry to 'town' centre.

Ignore the scales mini, they lie, loose fitting clothes are much better at telling you how much weight you have lost
I really should go to bed now, got through whole bottle of wine & finding it hard to see keyboard0 -

Hubby born in Glasgow but brought up in North Ayrshire, so Millport, Isle of Arran etc, all quite 'local' to him. Lovely part of the world.
Got a bit of a headache this morningbut enjoyed the wine last night & stayed up a lot later than I usually manage!!
Bit of a grey day here, hope it brightens up as I have washing to do!!
Have a good day everyone0 -
Morning, feeling kind of crappy this morning. Hayfever is crazy and i think i'm getting a cold too:rolleyes:
Had my supplements and half a litre of water already so i'm now having a decaf tea with unsweetened soya milk - how exciting am i?:rotfl:Very rock n roll.
Can one of you clever peeps tell me why i cant have full fat milk - yet i can have double cream and cheese. Slightly confused by that. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
you can have full fat milk, but milk has lactose which turns to sugar/glucose in blood, so less is more. There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0
