(hoorah for ebay....)
Don't worry about the weight is coming off more slowly - at least it IS coming off and it means that your losing fat, not water/muscle, it is much more likely to stay off too and you can hopefully tone up as you go so that your skin shrinks better and doesn't end up saggy around the edges.
Slow is good in lots of ways so don't be disheartenedMy name is Paula and I am a low carber1/6/08-83kg : 1/5/10-57kg

Well now, dont any of you lot accuse me of being a chatterbox again, i go to work for a few hours and its bedlam in here.
Took ages to catch up.
Focus, i use a pkt of schwartz roast chicken gravy ( the others are higher) and is lush, a quarter of a pkt is only 1.5g carbs (or have a third at 2g) and it might not look like much but is enough, i mix the powder with lots of meat fat/juice and then water. mmm
I have at the very least 3 stone to lose.
Michele, could be you are losing inches and its not showing on the scales. as fat cells retain water for months after losing the fat apparently.
Sweet those pepper thingys are lush arent they, told you, my ex always wanted me cooking them and he was picky.
Found some lovely looking sausies in tesco, Debbie and Andrews Harrogate 97% pork chipolatas, they're not cheap, think they were £2.49 but only 0.31g per chipolata.0 -
Sweet, 7lbs is brill, what an incentive.
Mercy, a stone in a year is nothing woman..
This is the honest to goodness truth, i once put on 12lbs in a fortnight on holiday.
Was obviously fluid, i was all fat and bloated and carby as i had gone crazy on the bread (was in France).
Weighed this morning and was 1.5lbs up, not bad after my carbfest of late so am happy with that.
Had two good days of lc, dont think i've eaten enough today tho, no time for brekkie and only a pepperami for lunch. Just had a chicken bacon ready thingy from tesco with some cauli.0 -

Doctor fighting for fat and post that link into Here Google translate
another Swedish Newspaper article about Dr D. There is some very plain speaking. I'm not sure if it's google translate or Dr D but it ends with a comment about handing over the Swedish Health service to private enterprise (as is gradually happening here) and Dr D clearly thinks that's a **** idea.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
