Just spotted this thread and thought I'd post some info. If any of you buy atkins bars and live near Chelmsford Essex. Tesco homeplus have a load in reduced to half price. Good luck with your diets.

Got on the scales this morning and they've gone down a little so thats a relief.I seem to be retaining fluid for some reason and as AF hasnt arrived it makes me wonder why

OH is on a late today so it'll be a late brekkie/early lunch later.I reckon bacon, sausage, onion omelette sounds about right

    Hi
I posted a few days ago to say I was really feeling rubbish on this diet, that has passed now and I do feel ok. BUT I am hardly losing any weight. Have been doing the veggie low carb version for 16 days now and lost 5 lbs then put on 2, then lost the 2, and today I have put the 2 lbs back on, making a loss of 3 lbs in 16 days which I am really disappointed about. I have been so good, have had nothing I shouldn't have at all, bben out walking most nights, drinking lots of water and really don't understand why the weight is not coming off quicker! I am impatient I know, but thought I would have lost a fair bit more to be honest.

  • Michele,
What do you weigh now and how much do you want to loose? If you haven't got a lot to loose, it probably won't come off very quickly. :)
Vegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Target weight loss 38lb in total.

It could be 'a' natural weight. Don't call putting on a stone in 12 months v natural, but that's what's happened. Hope you can see why it doesn't feel natural :) Also why none of my clothes fit

    Need to do something.

    Mx

Oh didn't realise you had your weight lower than that :o
Yeah I can see that. How long has your weight stalled for? Must be disheartening. When I was just healthy eating I stuck for about 3 weeks, then I had a big binge, and the week later I lost 2lbs, the body is a weird thing.
