    Hello all!

Had a busy day and have just been reading up on all your posts.
Cheese and fruit? NO! That's just plain wrong!
I'm a ketchup fiend too. My family laugh because I have (or rather had) it with almost everything. Ah, the good old days!

Been ok-ish today. random foods cause i've been picking at food rather than eating a proper meal. bad girl.

B= Fruit. low carb veggie sausages (but not together!)
    L= ratatouie.....and a slice of carrot cake
    D= handful of almonds, cheese.

Bought some hamster-bedding cracker stuff today. Didn't realise it is "Scan Bran" thats a constant feature in the Slimming World diet. planning to try it tomorrow. Promise to eat better then.

    Nighty night.

    Morning Everyone

Crikey you ladies can natter it took me ages to catch up on yesterdays posts. But on the plus side I now know that cws is a welsh cheese and comes in many varieties, morrisons ready roast chicken goes hard when cold and that cauliflower can be grated:rotfl:All of these things are valuable additions to my LC knowledge

The things I learnt but didnt want to learn were Marrowgirl has an addiction to ketchup,Buttonmoons has saggy boobies and falls over the cat on the way to the loo in the middle of the night and sweetserendipity gets drunk, tells mad jokes and goes to bed early on a Saturday night:rotfl:All in all girls a very informative read

As for me I pigged out good style yesterday and the boinging pound is back on my !!!! again!Oh well an hour of wii fit later and LC for the week should sort that out.I'm off camping for the weekend on Friday so need to be extra good this weekend as I have a killer dress to wear in the clubhouse on Saturday night and a bloated tum will not look good.Hands up those of you like me that reckon that on Friday AF will turn up and the killer dress will be substituted for flaming jeans and a t-shirt:mad:

Right I'm off to do something domestic but if anyone has anything else they'd like to share please post it and I'll catch up later:rotfl:

You dont need a ricer for the pizza.

You can just grate it and steam in the micro.

    :(No microwave either!!

    Good morning all :hello:

Yeah, we did natter quite a bit last night!! :rotfl: Was very informative though, lol!!

lesley, I wasn't drunk, just merry!! I only had half a bottle, but when I'm on low-carb it seems to affect me more than usual!! I'm a cheap date!! :rotfl:

Btw, what does AF stand for?? I'm assuming it's something to do with TOTM and/or MOTM?! Lol at all these abbreviations!!

alias, ha, ha, nearly called you alas then!! Never had you down as a 'gardener'. What you been potting up?? And are you sure you should be visiting a garden centre after yesterday?! ;) Tis amazing what they sell these days, who would have thought they would sell belgian chocolate, eh?!

Lol, alias, your brekkie sounds good to me!! :D

Only snuffled a couple of pieces of chick as I've decided to make it into coronation chicken (just mayo & curry powder) for lunch.

    Menu for today

    Snack - chicken
B - pork escalope, 2 chipolata pork sausages, buttery scrambled egg
    L - coronation chicken salad
D - bolognaise/mazzers lasagne - hopefully still getting made for me by hubby although I'll have to do the fried courgette & cheesy sauce bit

Finished off the salted peanuts & wine last night so think I'll have to sit on my hands tonight!! :o

(I suspect my son will be also drinking loads of water today after falling in the door legless last night.)
    .

Ha mine too, just heard him [STRIKE]creep[/STRIKE] crash downstairs for iced water.
Mind you, he was celabrating ;)

You should get yourself one of those daft little indoor fountains, i've got one in the conservatory and is quite soothing to sit with thw doors open in summer and listen to the tinkling of water, altho, i prefer the sound of the birds in the summer  that is a lovely sound.

I had tuna mayo on lettuce for brekkie (while making lunchboxes) a couple of weeks ago and must addmit was quite light and refreshing

Marrowgirl, cheese and apple or cheese and grapes are a well known combo,
get with it woman :D I hate eating an apple without cheese. I hate not eating apples at all more tho icon9.gif

Just been thinking, does anyone have a 'look' they aspire to??

I caught the end of a programme about walking in the Lakes (Wainwright's walks??) the other night, and the presenter, Julia Bradbury, looked fantastic!! Her hair was a really lovely coppery colour, she was as fit as a fiddle & she just looked soooo healthy & toned. Decided that's what I want to look like!!
