I think I'm going to have to do an asda shop and get some bits and bobs in to make LC food, I had some strawberries in double cream earlier, for lunch. Was delicious!
Still not in Ketosis, which is making me go grrrr, because my friend is doing Atkins (well his version) and eats about 4 punnets of "Cheery" toms a day! Plus he relaxs at the weekend and carb binges, god I hate men.
Haven't seen those mikado chocs myself, but I knew they would be ridiculously small, boo.
OH took DD out to the park earlier and came back with chocolate feast Ice creams, I was likeand he said "Aw don't worry I got you a twister since you are on your diet" Oh yeah great stuff, 16g of carb in it. DOUCHE! SO DD polished that one off too whilst I sat and sulked.
Going to treat myself to a vodka and diet pop tonight, right best go and actually make my dinner before my stomach gobbles itself.0 -
Oooh love smoked applewood, my fave tho is cws with mango and ginger.

Men!! My hubby came back with Tunnock's Teacakes & white chocolate Magnums when he went in to get my roast chicken
The way I'm feeling at the moment, I'll be caving in & scoffing the bloomin lot!!
Had the hot choc, but not chocolately enough for me, was like a hot, creamy nothingness reallyI was a bit sparing with the powder though so that's probably why
Ah well, wine tonight & I know I will enjoy that!!0 -
Yep, he came back with snowballs aswell, which are like teacakes I think. He sits there and munchs them whilst telling me about how unhealthy atkins is, and I'm like well I'm sure all those transfat are's doing wonders for you!
Oh I think I've figured out why I'm not in Ketosis - Diet !!!!!!! coke! I've still been drinking a few a day, as I'm a self confessed addict, I thought it would be alright but apparently not, when I did the cambridge, I could have a coke zero everyday without affecting me so I guess it must be the citric acid in diet coke that does it?? Ah well, I'll skip it tomorrow because I want a vodka tonight0 -

My biggest loss was 8lbs in one week!! Most of that was water but it does go back on just as quickly if you start cheating!!
Average loss after the first week is anywhere between 1 - 4lbs for me but I have a fair bit to lose!!0 -

I only managed to stick to the cambridge diet for a month
If I was to compare the two, then definatly this diet! Eating NOTHING is a killer, and at least you can go out to eat with friends/family.
I think the cambridge diet is good if you have a lot of weight to loose, as it kinda gives you a quick kickstart, but I think you have to learn the pro's and con's of food, instead of relying on food packs.
Have you lost a lot of weight on the cambridge? I lost a stone in 2 weeks, and the next 2 weeks I lost NOTHING, and I didn't cheat, so I just thought SOD THIS. Since then I've lost 4 1/2 stone just from healthy eating, but I've been stuck at the same weight for a good few weeks now, so doing the atkins!0
