Well done Mercy, you must be pleased :j

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and wishes :A

I think that cutting back will give me something to concentrate on and I have been feeling a bit sick recently and would like to feel better. Whether I will manage remains to be seen!

LOL I am pleased! Even though I've had a seesaw time weightwise for whatever reasons I've lost some shape :rotfl: Keeps one at it etc :D

So, cutting back. Have you tried using oatbran like on Dukan? Get some, have your porridge or make a pudding, galette (wrap) etc. The soluble fibre takes out cholesterol etc and is probably a worthier carb than most. Indeed, why not rather than cut more carbs (that didn't work before) replace some of em with oatbran?

Google 'dukan oatbran' for ideas and you could use full fat rather than low fat ingredients.

That's likely given you enough to think about, and of course I'd support any Dukan leanings you may get. Though there's nothing to replace actually getting the book. Not just mouthing it, it really does take reading the Doctors words to put you on the path.

    Much love!

Also, have you tried making ribbons with your courgettes & boiling or steaming them & using in place of tagliatelle/spaghetti recipes?? Or slicing thinly, boiling/steaming & using in mazzers' lasagne recipe??

    No.:o

That seems to involve cooking. I'm so much better at opening a tin or putting something on an oven tray.

    :D

I will try something tomorrow.

Boobs minus 1.5 inch (mostly back fat gone thank the deities :rotfl:)
    Belly minus 1/2 inch
    Hips minus 1 inch
Thighs minus 1/2 inch each! :j

Well done you! :T [STRIKE]Big[/STRIKE] small flipping show off! :p:D

    I have a big fat face. :( No, really I do. :D

I got bitten by an insect just under my eye the other day and it's gradually got worse and more swollen each day. Tonight, under my eye is full of fluid and seriously puffy. Not a happy bunny.

Apparently it should settle by itself but I have a GP app for something else on Mon anyway so if it hasn't gone down, Doc can look at it then. I don't think there is any part of my body that doesn't have something wrong with it. :rotfl:

    Hey hun
Have you got any antihistamines? Even heyfever tabs could help.

Get the doc on it obviously.

Still, at least the fat face isn't your fault this time. :D

Hope you can get some stuff to sort it out quicksmart, babes. :kisses3:

I had an allergy one time and my Doc had a student in. He let her do the thing and write the prescription. I got 500 piriton :j
Had to go to two pharmacies before I could get it filled. When I went back the guy on point shouted 'It's the Piriton Lady' so they could all have a look :rotfl: Still have some left :D

Hope your face feels better soon. Take many vitamin C as it may well help and can't hurt.

    Much love
