P.S. the man from the bank, he say yessssssssssss :j

Yay! That'll be a weight off. (See ...... still on topic. ;):rotfl:)

I've just had lovely chicken with pepper strips tossed in a sachet of stuff that came in the fajita kit that the kids are having.

Only problem is, there wasn't enough and I'm still hungry. :( There's nothing else low carb friendly in the house, I need to go shopping tomorrow.

So it'll either need to be a small bowl of porridge or a chew at my fingernails.

So glad about the news murphydog :T

alias - you are doing so well. Have you any cheese, nuts etc in the house as that is what I nibble when hungry (+ chocolate but I have run out and think that I will try not to buy any for a while :D)

Nope. Cupboards are all but bare.

I was supposed to go shopping today but LL asked if it was ok for the house to be surveyed tomorrow and although I didn't mind, it meant I had to clean and tidy all day instead of going out shopping.

Best of it is, he phoned a while ago to say the surveyor had cancelled. Oh well, at least the house is clean so if I starve to death tonight I wont be embarrassed when the emergency services turn up to take me away. :D

Glad it's cheered me up as I feel pants today, after yesterdays food rush! Was awake with the birds (most unusual) and have been tired and 'bleuh' all day. :(

    :j:j:j Great news murphy :j:j:j

Yay! The 5lbs I put back on......has now come off again. Must have been mostly water for it to go in 2 days but that's fine as my jeans are not quite as tight.

Going shopping today so will stock up on things I can eat.

Have a good day everyone. :)

Very pleased to hear your news Murphy :-).

Well done for dropping the 5 pounds JoJo!

Did an extra 300 mins walk at lunchtime and weights at gym last night. Still doing the 100 push ups challenge. It DOES get easier. Well done to everyone who is persisting with push ups.

So - yesterday was my third compliant day for both carbs and calories after "biscuitgate" Tuesday night. Myfitnesspal tells I will be at goal weight in 5 weeks if I continue to eat compliantly.

This is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. I could be just 35 days away from hitting a healthy weight and have broken the binge habit.

I have the support and the information - the rest is up to me!

    Best wishes to all!

    Morning :hello:

It's a bit chilly but gorgeous here today - think I'll get myself out for a walk this morning.

murphy, yaay to the man from the bank saying yes!! :j You'll have some chooks in no time!!

alias, well done on the 5lbs off - even if it is water weight, it still makes you feel better & it's a boost to your confidence :j

Audrey, an extra 300 mins walk?! Surely a typo?!

    Meals for today:

    B1 - greek yoghurt & flaxseed
B2 - bacon, eggs, baby plum tomatoes
L - 2 buttered crispbreads with topping (to be decided)
D - slow-cooked gammon, cauli mash, broccoli, cheesy leeks

Exercise - at least 30 minutes walk, push-ups

Have a good LC day everyone
