Thanks for concern, feel better now I've txt him. balls, court etc. Said I felt awkward inviting him for vid night (which was something I'd suggested before he went wrong) as I felt he might take it the wrong way :rotfl: Q amusing reading that back

Oo, I'm in a good mood now!
Went shopping for underwear earlier - I can wear big, baggy clothes until I hit target but big, baggy bras just aren't good enough . (I've so far gone from 36DD to 34C). So I took a trip to the local Matalan Clearance store in good old MSE style. Only just got round to trying them on though (no fitting rooms there).
Well, I got one set in brown with little pink bows - underwired bra with 3 matching thongs for a total of £6. And it fits perfectly. And I also got another set that's just beautiful! Cream lace underwired bra with bergundy embroidered bits and 3 matching french-style knickers with bergundy satin lace-up at the back, they're just sooo cute! Also a perfect fit and a total of £5.50.
Whoop-whoop for Matalan Clearance underwear! :rotfl:Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Yay! For the underwear bargains, badger!
It's true, I'm desireablebut I kinda knew that without erstwhile mate pointing it out so obviously :rotfl:
He's not so much punting out his league (although there is some of that) as being totally wrong about me, as a person. I'm going to put it down to him being scared of getting old as it was his birthday. I'm kind like that.
Mazzers - I too feel ready for a man, and don't get out enough to meet any. Will have to work on that - BOTH OF US!
Anyhoo, nicely washed and squeaky clean (in body) will have to depart and slather myself in coconut oilheard last nite it helps with stretch marks and cellulite
are there no ends to it's wondrous properties? :rotfl:
Willing to give it a go, at worst I'll have really smooth skin
Big love to you all!

Whoop-whoop for Matalan Clearance underwear! :rotfl:
Good for you! That`s one of the perks of losing weight, isn`t it? Guilt-free clothes shopping.
I didn`t know there was such a thing as Matalan Clearance Stores. We`ve got a normal one just up the road. Have you ever seen any of the "Special deals for Card Holders in store" that they talk about on their website? I never have, and I thought you couldn`t buy anything without one of their cards......?
I`ve gone from a smallish 16 to a largish 12.(I wish they`d standardize sizes.) I hate jeans that don`t fit yr bum, so I thought I`d get some 12`s in a cheapo Asda range.Very peculiar fit, they were tight around the knees, big round the waist, and so low in the rise.I think I`ll just hang on for a dearer pair when my size settles.
It`s been so cold here today. It will be easier to find something to wear when I can put a dress or skirt on without freezing my nethers off!
Not looking fwd to my weigh-in tmw, particularly as I just had a banana(for the potassium....ha ha) The lies we tell ourselves...
:j:hello::j0 -
Yeah, I hate cheap clothes as a rule - give me Karen Millen any day :rotfl:
But that clearance store is amazing, not just because it's soooo cheap but also because there's such an enormous range that you can't fail to find something. I mean, they've got dresses and shirts for 50p! I've had funky shoes for £1 and half-decent lined work suits for £6. This one's in Newport Wales and I know there's another in Swindon... not sure about any others in the country though...
ETA: Does take a while to rifle through - I was there for just under 3 hours today. And it's fairly exceptional to find two full sets of matching underwear in your size (I think they'd just received new stock).Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
