I did think that:D No wonder you are so good at it, was thinking of backing out as you had got it so quickly and was beginning to feel quite stupid:o

I think a diary where we could all chat about it would be a good idea, to avoid a move to GIOL we could include any other bits of money earned eg vouchers on shopping etc, so it's not all MB based. I really do not want to post on that board, far too scary and complicated. :o

Oh no! I think once you start doing it, it isn't so bad. So long as you double check everything and then double check again it does make sense.

I know what you mean about the GIOL board, I think part of the problem is that some people are doing other things like dutching, arbs and asian handicaps - about which I have no idea! And that makes it seem more complicated.

Cake is in the oven, apple & cinnamon cake - should be a bundt cake but I don't have the right tin.....looks pretty yum though!

  • am loving reading the diary and just wanted to ask if i could join this crazy gang am single and am in debt so think I qualify. am actively working on reducing the debt and as for the being single part I like to think that when you are not looking friendship/ love will come seeking. will apply some of my debt lessons though to future relationships such as giving it the time and attention that it requres and being more creative in terms of finances. enough of my friday night rambling. am indoor watching tv as oppose to painting the town red but went spinning and my muscles were crying out for a soak and rest so I think that's where I'm heading.

    take care folks :D

    Evening all and WELCOME misselvis!:j

I am heading back to feel good land thanks to support form lovely friends and being on here. In the last few days i have spoken to all my best buds and it left me feeling really good afterward. Had a wee hiccup on Thursday at work when i found myself howling for no know or understandable reason. AGAIN:mad::mad: What a hot mess i am. but i think i'm all done with the bawling my eyes out due to life's unbearable carpiness for this quater:p

today went to celebrate 100yrs of Guiding at our local gig...danced for like 3hours straight and am aching like crazy now...already...not very good for an almost 30yr old...but at least it covers my not getting up yesterday to exercise on [STRIKE]clothes horse [/STRIKE]x-trainer;)
I also on my way homw went to get 2 new fish babies- a tiger and cherry barb now called Timone and Pumba although i think i made a boo-boo in that a cherry will probablynot get on with a barb...but i'm getting 2 more cherries on monmday cos it says they need to have pals...

So now i will get dad's laptop (can you belive i don't have one:o) and watch the Tudors and maybe a movie then go to sleep once i have my dinner made with the bumper pack of frozen prawns i got for £4.95 at farmfoods :T
....after i listen to I wish by Nina Simone...good times

    good night all!

Hi Shoegal, I am definitely not out having a life:rolleyes: I am trying to get some tidying done and make a bit more space, ahead of a ruthless clearout of my wardrobe, I wear the same few things all the time and yet I cannot shut my wardrobe as it is full of thing I might wear one day. Not even particulary lovely things, just not very old things. So I am going to have to be utterly ruthless, I want to get it so I am using only half the space so it doesn't feel so cluttered. I say I will do it time and time again, but this time I mean it. And I somehow have to sort out shoe storage as well:rolleyes:.

    I have wine for later:D

Me too, I think I need to get rid of everything not worn in the last couple of years if I can't think of a single occasion where I would have to wear that and nothing else would do. How many pairs of black trousers does one person need:confused: Plus it frees up some space for all the lovely things I have seen in the shops in the past few days;)

:eek::eek: I am hoping that if I clear my wardrobe then I can store most of mine in the bottom in clear boxes, am sick of knocking piles of stuff over looking for one particular pair.

Well, I have been through the wardrobe and thrown out 5 tops and 2 skirts. I am not very good at this. I will have to go through it again, I have kept a lot of things because they are in good condition, but I can't see me wearing them again. Off for another root around in there.
