That's not so silly gwen.
I recently went to the doc because I had had a massive cramp in my leg when I got up that morning, at 11am it was still tender and a little painful.
He asked a few questions and came to the conclusion that I had problems because of how I sat.
At work I had been testing electrical items for the week, sat at my desk, which is unusual because I am usually here there and everywhere; then I had come home and sat in front of the PC (like we do); he told me to not do that because of RSI and DVT. :silenced:0 -

All I've done since I got in from work is hang out on my laptop (mostly here or answering surveys) or on facebook and eat some Cherrylicious Ice-cream.I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

Hello pipk62!
Yeah, I know my posture isn't as good as it should be. I need to sort out my desk at work, I know I'm sitting all wrong, then it doesn't help being on here at home. I've been thinking about doing some pilates as well for posture and core muscle strength, cos my back hasn't really been the same again since I fell off a horse.
Now, I need some advice from SAID's...what do I put in an anniversary card? I stupidly bought a blank one, which means I have to think of what to put - argh! I've googled, but it's all REALLY cheesy.
GwenxThough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
