    I'd probably go down the cheesy route to be honest, something like

    Congratulations on 10 years of marriage, may the next 10 be as wonderful

    Let's be honest, weddings ,anniversaries, engagements, new babies, this is not the time for the truth......
    I've got my own flat :j:j

    Now I have to pay the bills :eek:

    And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Need to go as there is a fire down the road - second one in a week in the same place. Don't think we need to leave, but need to move the cars for more fire engines.
