Blimey it's quiet on here. Hope everybody's ok. I'm here to report good things and not so good things for the day, having let it slip recently. Good things:
1. Graze box arrived. V.nice. I've decided I'm not sure if I like Brazil nuts, but the chocolate buttons and the pineapple were delicious.
2. Brabantia bin finally arrived. Hurrah!
3. Did some tidying up. House is looking slightly less of a pit. More still to do.
4. Caught up on some sleep.
5. Caught up with some family and friends via phone and emails.
6. Checked online banking.
7. Checked quidco.
8. NSD.
9. Eaten pretty well and drank loads of water.
Bad things:
1. Hmm, can't think of too many except I haven't got half the things done that I wanted to. I was shattered though, so I'm glad to have caught up on some sleep. I will try harder tomorrow.
Right, I'm off to cancel Graze now and maybe watch a DVD.
Night, GwenxThough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -

Me too!
I had a big massive list that I'd made during the week of things I wanted to get done and I haven't done half of them, but I ended up going back to bed for 3 hoursthis morning because I felt so tired. I'm glad I did, but I haven't got as much done as I'd have liked. I'll try harder tomorrow.
I can add 'Cancelled Graze' to the list now.Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -

Sometimes I think your body just insists that you catch up on your sleep - and you might as well just give in
I have just succummed to scummy chocs my mum bought me the other day from her holsAnother dieting day goes out of the window

Yeah, I think so too. I think I would have gotten even less done and probably just moped about feeling awful if I didn't catch up on some sleep first.
Were they nice, lol? At least now they're gone, they're gone. That is always my justification for scoffing all the choc's in record time after Christmas!Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
Hi Shoegal and Gwen (and anyone else lurking!)
Don't worry i haveno life and am home semi watching the move '7 pounds'
Sounds like it was at least a mildly productive day.
I slept til 3  of course having woken up for breakfast.
Binged on chewee bars because i am a woman who has no shame and love kiddie snacks:D
i have been good too cleaned the living room carpet despite saying its not my house so i don't care (live at home and no-one appreciates anything i do hence stinky attitude:mad:) But i can't live in filth so i have yielded.Bet no-one notices or says thank you (all away would never do it if they were all home)
Ooh had a chat with a nice guy from plenty of freaks:rolleyes: Off-shore type and was not sleazy or freaky so appealing but these things never go anywhere after the first flurry of chatting so i won't get too excited:cool::cool:
made some nice apple and muesli muffins (to freeze) for my brekkie for the next few weeks.
Now for pudding will do cleaning and ironingtomorrow!
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -

Ziggles - Are you sure you aren't me?? I went back to bed at about 12, having eaten my Graze box for breakfast and woke up at 3!! I've had a chewee bar today. I haven't cleaned the living room carpet, but I can see more of it now and I did clean the kitchen floor.Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0

I say it every year as I frantically shove leftover Quality Street in my mouth in the first week of January. After all, the diet can't possibly begin while there's still chocolate in the house.Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
