 OMG no - perish the thought
, I am an avid buyer & recycler of all things recyclable. We rarely have more than one carrier ( degradable of course
) in our wheelie bin.
I'm the same.
I once went to help out a friend who was moving and ended up coming home with a massive bag of stuff. She had no fear of throwing things in bin so I rescued many a book (she throws them away when she has finished reading them....:eek:) plus a few clothing items.
Not so great for my own decluttering missions!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I've seen that ad, they really do make it look great, it makes you think, hmmm, if I got one, everyone would be hugley impressed by how I prepared fruit and vegetables so beautifully in seconds and the fabulous array of julienned veg at every meal:rotfl:
Yep that is exactly what I aim for in life!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
sarah = 26 pounds towards your house!!!! HELLO! what % would that take you to?
I don't get rid of books as such, I do green met self help books and I am going to Amazon some of my more disasterous purchases............ always 10p lower then the lowest price.
I am debating whether to charity shop handbags or e bay them? I have two plastic boxes of bags under my bed I really need to get rid of. I have already bought a new bag for work. they are all cheapy bags, I don't indulge my passion for Fiorelli very often.
I also need to make a decision re the Game cube......
am sadly excited by the de cluttering tomorrow!Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

I know:o But I am just too disorganised and lazy, the plan is to wait until I get a boyfriend, make sure he knows how to ebay stuff, get him to do it all (under the pretext of it will be much easier for us to move into a house together if I get rid of all this carp;)) and give me the money:D I appreciate that in waiting I may end up with a load of worthless antiques but I live in hope:Dam sadly excited by the de cluttering tomorrow!
Me tooI shall list on here all the things I want to get done tomorrow and tick them off when done. I might even make an ebay pile:D

Well I suppose I should get my !!!! in gear and reply to you lot...
Lula: Just remember when painting the floorboards not to paint yourself into a corner!
Makeup: Bacardi + TDQO = vomit and a disapointed half-italian model... haven't seen her since
Buffy: ebay the handbags, you may get a nice surprise!
As for the matching underwear... my socks almost never match!Personally I don't mind whether a lady has matching undies or not but it certainly is a nice surprise now and then
The girl from last night has been chatting to me today :j She apologised for being quiet, she had some family stuff going on so wasn't herself. Still wants to go on a trip to Sydney with me in a couple of week though :TThe size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. I'm sorry for the demon I've become but you should be sorry for the angel you are not.0 -
Morning people :0)
I've not long got in from a night out celebrating my Dad's 50th Brithday. He only made it till about 12ish, which was fine by me coz he babysat and I went out with my sister and other family members. I've had a good night but looking forward to going to sleep. I shall be sleeping on the sofa though as my dad and his gf are staying here.
I'd love to join in the decluttering challenge but I have a feeling I shall be having a lazy sunday, but I shall really try and have a good sort out, if I do I'll put it up on here. I think it will be under the stairs I do, I've been meaning to do it for ages now and needs a serious declutter!
This thread is fantsatic, I spent ages Friday, reading out the shoes convo to my sister/dad and his girlfriend. Me and my sister were crying laughing
My sister should be lurking now, you there Nic?
Nice to see you back SBC, not many payments to go I see :T
Oh crikey, I'd best go...my head's falling and keeps waking me...a sure sigh I need to sleep.Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80
Debt now Jan 2021 - £6,208.21

Bowski - you are a fine stop-out. :T It is about time someone posted this early in the morning having just made it home.
Catch up time:- Size 7 for the shoes, please, but almost as wide as long to accommodate the frog feet. Can't wait to strut out for an evening with my fellow SAIDs all clad in fab shoes...TDQO and Paul excused if they wish
- Undies - yup, mostly matching: black, pink, white, turquoise, depending on what I am wearing
- Childhood books - yup, still have a few. OH has recently got into Jennings, which means that your glamourous  correspondent is undoubtedly Darbyshire
- hols featured the odd espresso martini and mojito...yum
Watermelon daquiri sounds fab.
I'll do my best to join in the decluttering later. Once we get back, I think it is definitely time to muck out the study, which is currently full of all the clothes I didn't take with me on holiday, plus the ones I took and didn't wear (not that many, fortunately).
And I must upload the contents of Turbolister to eBay - meant to do it on Thursday, but completely forgot about it. I'm sure there's something Freudian in that...no answering daft questions, no non-payers, no lost in the posts... However, as all I have to do is click a few times, there is no excuse; please will one of you nag me later if I don't report back that I have done it. My £10 a day challenge this month is looking decidedly lightweight, even though I am not counting the holiday days as potential earning ones.0 - Size 7 for the shoes, please, but almost as wide as long to accommodate the frog feet. Good morning my lovelies,
Just popping in quickly before the painting begins
It is amazing but true that my grgeous new shoes coordinate beautifully with my summer robe/dressing gown thing . DD is in hysterics and has suggested a new addition to the Mr. Men characters ... Little Miss High Heels :rotfl:
Off to put nasty trainers on now
The floor looks fab though ( well, the half that is done) & I dont want any furniture or rugs on it - it needs to be admired.
Hey bowski - glad you had great night out
Hey TDQ - good luck with the quiet girl & no more bacardi - girls dont like vomit
Enjoy your day Hollyberry, will keep my eyes out for froggy shaped shoes
Everyone else - GET OUT OF BED & START DECLUTTERING NOW0 -
