Hi all, welcome back make-up, glad you had a good holiday:j You are right about Hotel Chocolat, thank goodness it's too far away for me to go regularly:o

well, it's Day 3 and I am still being good:j Have had 1 slice of toast, lots of nuts and fruit teas, decaf coffee with cream (which is allowed:D ) and a huge chicken and ham salad.

My 4 :o pairs of shoes arrived, 3 are going back, 2 to exchange for different sizes and one as I just don't love them. I did use a 20% discount code though so it could have been worse.;) I was trying the shoes on and looking in the mirror, was reminded again of just how big my legs have become, but it has spurred me on, I don't want them being like that much longer icon9.gif

Also my 0% cc arrived, have done balance transfer and set up dd, also cut up card and destoyed pin without looking at it, is 0% until May next year, but want it cleared by the end of the summer.

Have also managed to have NSD today, so am having a good start to April, have already beaten March's total:D

Welcome back makeup - we missed you too :A

Hello my flavourite foodie friends :D

    I think I win today :p

Had a banana for breakfast, rode my bike to the allotment & dug for an hour then rode back again * note to self - buy oxygen cylinder & small motor *. I will not be riding there agan as on the way home my bike seemd to stop working  oh yes, I had found the boggy bit :( my fault for cheating & trying to ride across the field rather than take the path the long way round. Had to get off & sank up to my ankles in mud  . Naturally by the time I got home I was exhausted so had to have cup of coffee & very small restorative hobnob :o.

Have only just finished work & had to have numerous handfuls of nuts to sustain me followed by a yummy chicken salad - in a bowl & drowning in mayonnaise ;) .

DD brought an easter egg home from school tonight & whereas I would usually be offering her money to share it :D I told her that she cant open it until easter sunday :rotfl: she is not impressed.

Well done to both of you :A

Well done Lula, I think you are definitely today's winner:A It does help when we are all reporting back, I like to see how everyone is doing. Thank goodness you had hob nobs to hand, journey back sounds awful.

Have had stomach cramps for the last few hours and had to spend a while in the bathroom but I am feeling better now and can confirm that I appear to be detoxing. That wasn't really the plan, but as I have been eating mostly sensible and healthy food and lots of fluids I appear to be detoxing accidentally.
