I would be happy (I suppose) with 2lbs but am secretly hoping for about 4:o
Ooh Sarah, don't set yourself up to be dissappointed - baby steps remember!

Thanks for the welcome back guys!
Most impressed at today's dieting efforts, I must get back on track and join in.
I also need to go through my '100' list and see how I've done, I know I cracked a few of the 'easy' ones and I'm looking forward to a spa weekend with my sister at the end of the month which was on the list! Naturally the ones about eating only healthy lunches and doing proper exercises remain outstanding.......
Sarah - I don't think I could do the no carb thing - I love potatoes, bread, pasta and rice! It is what fills me up!
There is a report on an extreme diet in this months Elle, the writer loses a stone in 3 weeks but basically lives off small bits of protein and citrus fruit. Plus weekly vitamin injections and mineral supplement.s
Week one - only protein and citrus fruits
Week two - add in more fruit and veg
Seems a bit weird they have this in the mag to be honest with the focus so much on fashion and eating disorders at the moment........I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
Oh dear,
looks like I'm the first to declare today & it's not that pretty
Hot water & lemon + banana for breakfast, many handfuls of nuts, one cup of coffee, chicken salad for supper & lots of gasses of water throughout the day there was also an incident with a small - tiny in fact, bar of G&Bs butterscotch chocolate
Minimal exercise today unless I can count marching round tatco & waitrose & a quick ride up & down the road & round the garden to test out the new gel saddle
So how did everyone else do0 -
Hmm, also had a small incident today:D Had hot water and lemon, roast chicken and veg, lots of nuts, coffee, a packet of crisps and ham salad.
Had an expensive day, £93.50 for car tax:eek: Also did a small shop as had forgotten to get eggs, got some salmon, nuts and salad and some easter cakes as well, spent £9.
On the plus side I returned some shoes for a refund, paid my cheque for overtime into the bank and also the last of my coins so am up on the day, also checked online banking, quidco, pigsback etc so lots of admin things out of the way. Did lots of tidying and have my room looking nice again, will count that as my exercise:DPay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
Hmm, well nothing good to declare on healthy eating front at all......I was in a meeting til late so had a Chicken Tikka Sandwich and a penguin for my tea!!
How is the gel saddle, do you think will make a difference?
If I was going on a long ride I think I'd need one of those!
Had a bit of drama this evening, was at an evening meeting for work and it was interupted by a fire in the building! Cue much drama and many firemen, but they were sadly too busy doing life-saving work for me to chat them up!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

Not good for me either
Cereal and yogurt for brekkie, tuna salad sandwich for lunch, buffet at work (that I wasn't even invited to!) 2 sandwiches, sausage roll, several cocktail sausages, several chicken goujons, G&T after work and pizza for dinnerAnd no exercise either
Was planning to get weighed tomorrow, not so sure now :rolleyes:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Me too:D I love all free stuff, but a free meal is ideal, means no cooking and more food left in the cupboard:jPay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
