They are good, I have used it sucessfully in the past. I'm a bit hit and miss with using it at the moment - and too be honest I think I need to lose some fat before I can actually see improved muscle tone :o

I think from what you said on your thread we are about the same weight, I will hold off for a little bit then. I just need a boost to get me started. If I can lose 1lb a week I will be about fine by Christmas. Hmm, might put that in my sig, lose 26lbs in 26weeks for Christmas.

Have been thinking that I have been setting myself too high a target with losing 7lbs for a reward, as I just can't manage it, I keep getting to 4 or 5 and putting it back.:o Am thinking of setting myself 5lbs targets with a £10 treat as a reward to start with and getting higher as I lose more. Have two parties coming up with buffets though, I cannot resist free food. :o

Have posted something similar on my diary - baby steps inspired by you :D No more big targets to beat myself up about :o Slow and steady for me now - are you joining me?

I definitely will:D I will set myself 5lb targets, with little carrot on stick treats when I do each one. I think 1lb a week will be fine, that means by Christmas I will have lost over 2 stone and i will be very happy with that.

12 weeks today I will be in a 'beachwear required' type environment

I lose 2lbs, sometimes even 4 ... then back on it goes grrrrrr

There is no alcohol left in the house which is a good thing, but I forgot to confess that the lemons that I bought for detoxing ended up in a cheesecake :o

Does anyone know how much liposuction costs these days ?

Does food aversion therapy exist & if not why not

I must go finish the library book that was due back today :o oh & while I'm in a confessing mood I'm being utter rubbish at NSDs too; have 5 days left in which to achieve another 6

Cant stop shopping, cant stop eating, cant stop drinking.

I'm not down about it, just mildly exasperated with myself :wall:

    G'night all

    xx
