I lost a bit of that post, Bargain Rzl was shattering empty wine bottles with a high C while Whitty, Recovering Spendaholic, Jordylass and Monkeygirl danced the light fandango along the sea front.... or something like that
(Coffee and banana muffins, honest! )My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Those banana muffins sound like they are a bit like the one's on sale in Amsterdam last year
I haven't had a 'zorro' fight with sticks since I was a little girl with two hulking great older brothers
Well I shall bring my digi-camera and I am open to offers for the picsMaybe we can flog them to O.K. magazine for a bob or two !:D . I might manage a bit of hand-jive but my fandango days are long gone ...but saying that you never know what a few G&T's could do for my creaky old joints :j

Brugges = fantastic buildings -chips and mayonnaise from street vendors - chocolate shops - unpronouncable street names and odd sounding food (waterzooi?) - mozzy bites from the waterways at night when the hotel windows were left open, but it was June then
Have a great time JackieO, I envy you!0 -

eek! The Pleasure Beach - I have horrible memories of one day 20 odd years ago when I was at university and we all went for a day out. A really handsome young pharmacy student who I had the hots for asked me if I wanted to go on the Mad Mouse with him - I said yes and smugly watched the others looking on in envy as we got in the little mouse him sitting behind me. I had forgotten in my excitement that I hate rides and never go on them and the Mad Mouse is evil. About half way through as it whipped round a turn I was violently sick and the windforce blew it all over the handsome young student - it was a dreadful day........ the Mad Mouse is still going I believe but I have never even been back to the Pleasure Beach since that day!!!!
Have we decided where we are meeting up yet?Jane

I'm not one for the pub really (I'm happy with a coke and ice, the grown up stuff makes me giggly, silly and sleepy in that order) so I'll be with the crowd that fancy a mooch around the (charity) shops0
