Lovely day here. I like fridays as i'm never in the office for long today is drop off and pick up day lol so lots of driving! Going to take camera and try and get some shots too for my prints.

Also wondering how i'm going to manage with no mse tomorrow! might be good actually, might get some work done!

How are you all coping with Easter school holidays coming up? I've just realised that I booked my kids into an afterschool club for three days at the end of the holiday, but the book I was going to work on has just been delayed so as things stand I haven't got much on at that time. So do I unbook the childcare, or assume that something else might turn up ... or just say bother it, and plan to do some decorating on those days!

hi everyone,
not been on for a while as have been away on a business course with my old uni- which was faaabulous
am feeling very confident about things and am looking forward to finishing working for other people at the end of april and starting my full time self employed life!
is anyone else on here based in cumbria?

im no where near Cumbria Jenny, but I do love it up there. I have a lot of friends up there, in Kendal and Carlisle. I want to retire to Ambleside as its one of my most favourite places in the world! Do you know Zefferellis? Such a nice restaurant also one of my favs.

Grrrr, have had one of those days that I hate!!

Have done essential business work today, but that is it. Washing machine decided to pack up - managed to fix it but it took over an hour & by then was completely out of sync so decided to go with OH to Makro's - then before I knew it was time for the kids to come home.

This is the sort of problem I have with working from home - have been completly distracted. Now about to cook dinner and have to go to a friends tonight so I have decided to write off today & instead do some work in the office tomorrow, at least there will be no telephone calls to distract me. Will also help that there is no mse this weekend :rotfl:

I havent been on MSE today as I am trying to wean myself off it in time for the weekend:rolleyes:

Felt like death today - extremely tired for some reason and then met my mate for lunch, she wanted some advice and now she is happy, felt gippy when I came home and then fell asleep for 3hrs on the sofa:eek:

A bit more research done today and have made a list of things to do over the weekend:

clean bathroom
clean kitchen
strip bed and wash the sheets
start photographing the wedding stuff - it may well have to go on ebay (I hate ebay too).

just a quick note- have had a pretty nothing day, not done much, have felt really tired and slept for ages. but did have a good chat with the landlord of a property im thinking of taking on ... lots of potential there!!
can i also just say.. OH MY GOD! i just watched eastenders on i player....
