Oooh I love Bakewell tart. Is it quite easy to make?
The cherry pie sounds good too - If it's not too much trouble, could you post the recipe? Thanks.

Nelski - it's funny you should mention trout. I asked my Dad earlier if he can get me another river trout, as his friend is due to go fishing again in the next week or so.

    Hi Looby,

We have an older thread with some ideas too so I've merged your thread with it to keep all the suggestions together.

    Hi

Ive got loads of ground almonds and the only recipe I have to use them is loaded in flourless choclate cake which is a very expensive recipe. Any other ideas for using them up?
