    thats kind... thanks.. OH said today " have we hit ground zero yet?" gosh i hope so... we really need to level out and start moving up. even thought about graphing my days but then thought thats a bit tooo weird even for me!

    Have you ever seen the SUMO book. It has a scale for measuring days and it acknowledges something called Hippo Time where it's okay to wallow, not forever but big doses of carp need to be absorbed before you move on. If you've haven't seen it I'll dig out some stuff...bit bullsh1t bingo but easy read and some good stuff about getting things in perspective.

    yes i know the human spirit is a wonderful thing - i know that for a fact. we are tough and resilient and all the time we have hope then there is a good outcome. right now today i feeling no hope.

    small boy is much mended - asleep as i am typing this. child #1 is probably the next as he is sneeezing his head off! joy joy joy!

    as for me i would love to go and have a long lovely sleep with out anyone bothering me... hey ho - not a chance!

    im doing my last batch of ebay listing before my hols - just to raise extra cash.
