    omg. crap day. crap weekend to come as its no where near over yet. all dirs arguing and fighting - suspect if they were in the same room they would punch eachother. i hope by monday morning it will be over and we can start sorting out our future. call today didnt go as planned as it was not possible to keep order and be constructive.

    Sorry you've had such a crappy day.

    Can I offer a wee idea to ponder over. Would they respond better to an agreed agenda and a facilitator to keep the peace, make sure they all get a say, paraphrase stuff back and generally keep them moving forward rather than degenerating into a free-for-all which in these circumstances isn't surprising?

    Sometimes people will listen more to an impartial outsider than any one of them trying to lead the discussion at this point. Just a thought.
