hmm up at 1 am - 2 am - 6 am... v tired out now.
OH resigned today - the fall out is still going on - dont know if resignation has been accepted - he will carry on his commitments and wants to be honourable whilst we sort the future. he is grey and feels sick

im about to get stuck into ebay again today and some paid work which is on a fixed contract - if i can deliver early then i get paid early

Try and chill a little.

Could you do something nice as a family tomorrow, make a picnic, just get out and about?

Then face Monday with a clean head.

If you want to rant go for it...sometimes it helps just to get it all out.

well we have small glum faces but we are facing up to it and dealing. OH has made some v useful phone calls to dirs etc. no shouting going on at moment so thats good - they being nice-ish. wont accept his resignation and are trying to sort things out. OH just wants out.

dunno what is going on still...........

Can he resign as a director at this point? If the company is being dissolved does it make any difference? Sorry if I'm being thick.

he can say "thats it... " and i think it ends the company - i think there is a clause they have in a contract somewhere. dunno - he is really trying to be noble and help sort it. they all really peeved off with him

I would imagine they're all quite frankly frightened at this point. Nobody is going to see the best intentions in anything, every man for himself.

A little break from it tomorrow would maybe help you all. However fully understand that saying that from here is so easy and actually trying to switch off there is completely different. I'm guilty of sticking my head under the duvet and refusing to come out in such circumstances so not talking from a position of strength here.

That is a sad sad post. Have been in this position myself, and to be honest, five years down the line, I still don't know what the truth is/was. I didn't/don't really want to know.

Do you know what the truth is? Or just that you don't know? Would the truth make you feel better or worse?
