Mrsmcr and Raini, you are two of the most positive people on here. Some people are hmm well eh sort of twisted. Don't let the bu££ers grind you down.

Ah thanks lovely! I do try! But oh my lord! Is that amount really true? (The Moany Ones would expect a chicken to last two years at least!)

Thanks Mrscmr for your words too you are very wise ... :D

Yup....that's it in roundish figures. Most of it is designed (by me so gawd help us) to be purely serviceable debt. Because of the nature of buy-to-let it's all personal debt tho.

So it all balances beautifully when the tenants :mad::mad: pay. When they didn't I had a good salary and balanced the books. So now I'm being tough and demanding they pay...we keep our side of the bargain and they need to step up and keep theirs.

So apart from £1.3m there, and about £130k on my house that's pretty much it. Think my DFD would be Star Date something.

Ideal world I work in finance industry usually doing project management and business consultancy. Not much going on in that world at the moment.

But it will pick up for both of us Mrscmr so onwards and upwards.
