im spending my new years eve listing on ebay!
Same here mrscmr, I spend every evening listing on Ebay, have lot of Business stuff and have sorted out a load of Personal stuff too, will be doing relists on Personal stuff tonight.
Will probably find more later as have not finished sorting out all the clothes (where do they all come from).

too excited.. we have a 2nd viewing on our house this weekend... cash buyers who r renting... wife loves house... so convenient for schools etc... omg i cant stand this.Highest Debt £581,000 Nov 08 and now owe nothing! yes really! I have learnt my lesson the hard way!

i hate the ups and downs of selling a house. but we have had maybe 11 or so viewings since october so thats quite good! fingers crossed for these people - they know the area very well.Highest Debt £581,000 Nov 08 and now owe nothing! yes really! I have learnt my lesson the hard way!

We were in the same boat needing to sell ours and had so little hope but exactly the same happened to us at the beginning of last month and we will be completing on Monday.
