    well its morning, its sunny, its cold.

    lets hope that snow stays away. got a good clear day until about 5pm soooo hoping to achieve lots. already hoovered, polished, 1 load of washing done, house fairly tidy. school run done!

    been learning how to upload to twitpic - so putting up tweets on twitter with key product pictures to try to increase sales though ebay shop. having a good run though... long may it continue. must get my personal ebay up to speed fully too.

    Good evening, after you pm'ing the thread to your diary to me yesterday through ebay thread, I have spent the entire day today reading it.
    I was impressed with all that you posted you'd achieved on the ebay thread. Having read this from start to finish, I am totally in awe of you.
    Have you ever considered the fact that a lot of the people who you don't want to know your situation may be in the same predicament. They probably look at you at the school gates or wherever & think, if only I was as sorted as Mrs. not a care in the world.

    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £172.5K Equity 36.11%
    2) £1.6K Net savings after CCs 14/8/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £25.6K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 31.4/£127.5K target 24.6% 1/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 53.3K or 41.8%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
    (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £4.8K updated 29/7/25

    omg amazing day.
    been to nec spring fair to see wholesalers etc. omg my feeeetttt are dead! and lost the car in the car park. why are all cars black? was worried we would be there all night looking for a black car in the dark but we found it after 30 mins.

    i tell u what there are some great products out there.... amzing ideas ...

    very excited.
    x plus i got 2 phone calls when i was out offering me proper like almost proper paid work in my proper field. hurrah!
