GG - nice to see you back - at least we have been paying off our debts despite set backs - rather than adding to them!
Thanks SH, though from my happy post here earlier today, I am now in the pits. Hi mrscmr,
OMG.....you are one gutsy lady!! I have been reading your diary and I am in awe of you! I would have crumbled at the first hurdle! It's a credit to you how you have held everything together and still have a sense of humour! WOW!! Congratulations on everything you have achieved! Have you ever considered writing a novel on your experiences?? I would buy it as I have been hooked reading your diary over the past few days!
Can you pm me your ebay shop? I am just getting into ebay, topcash etc....it's amazing how much you can save compared with shop prices!!
Lots of love and best wishes,

Hi MrsC
I remember when my boy went off on school ski trip I managed to book a nice short break to Amsterdam which did help to distract me. Made the mistake of texting him three days into trip; 'How are things?' Reply 'Rubbish' 'am in trouble with teachers, in wrong room with wrong people, not enough money! Then he went quiet for the rest of the week. was having too good a time. He came back, popular, funny, confident hanging out with third year girls, he had such a blast.
I think these trips are so good for them, they have such a huge developmental leap, we just need to be strong and let them go, though it is hard.0 -
