    @inmydreams... yep accepted it... had one phone call from the big boss and waiting for a 2nd one in a minute to confirm the start date etc. i can work from home with occasional office visits! yay me!

    2) £1.6K Net savings after CCs 14/8/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £25.6K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 31.4/£127.5K target 24.6% 1/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 53.3K or 41.8%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
    (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    indeed i did, SH, indeed i did!

    maybe someone up there is listening and took pity on me? could do with an easier life for a change! its not a perm job but flexible freelance which suits me just fine!

    The spring fair is great....did you order much stuff?

    Valentines is a no no for us we I will be at a trade fair too on Sunday.....I love to see what's going on and catch up with people we know.

    Fab news about the job and, when I finally get round to sorting out my ebay outlet, I am going to find out about twitter too...just haven't got around to doing it but have registered an account in my brand name...ready for inspiration.

    It all sounds great Mrscmr:D...I am praying for no snow too.
