Hi mrs cmr just to let you know you are definately not alone. I subscribe to your diary and really enjoy reading about your debt busting! i dont generally post a lot because i am fairly new to this site and dont have a lot of knowledge! we have all done stupid things before- me and oh added 25k to our mortgage to buy 2 apartments for an investment and the contractor went bankrupt and that was the last of our 25k. :eek:Sometimes i could cry thinking about it and then i think whats the point- i have a husband 2 lovely children and a roof over my head- things could be much worse! Goodluck with everything and i really admire your dedication to the whole ebay thing- it is an absolute head wrecker!

    Hi Mrscmr,

I discovered your diary for the first time tonight and I have just read the whole thing with a smile on my face and the odd chuckle. You have a great story and a wonderful way of telling it. Please write a book, I would buy it. I am not joking.

I love your attitude and you've made me think of having a go at Ebay though I can't think what I have that's worth selling.

Keep on doing what you're doing!:T

    Nuala x

Edit: I mean I wouldn't buy your book, I'd borrow it. Damn moneysaving rules.... *mutters darkly*
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!

oooo wow i am moved to tears by you guy!
my new friends: nuala, boredofbeingat home, wantabetterlife, - i really appreciate ur posts. the 25K loss i really understand how u feel - we lost 17.5k in feb through a fraudulent bankers draft - luckily we got the car back and will sell it soon but for a lower price - but it makes you feel sick when you work hard and then just lose the money through no fault of your own!

i watched a great diet prog last night on bbc1 - look on the bbc1 website and see if you can watch it online - its about how losing weight is in ur head and its ur head that has to be fixed before u can successfully diet. how true - if i could chop off my head think how slim i would be... um well actually i would have no head but.. u get the picture!

oh dear - major confession time... the ironing has overcome me and i had to ring ironing lady to provide her with the marvellous opportunity of doing some of my ironing. i promise this is a one off but i am using some well earned ebay money to good use! lets not mention this again!!!
have a great day - really would like some sunshine!
    xx

I understand re the ironing LOL! you are still making really great steps forward so don't beat yourself up about it.

As to being alone - have you never looked at how many times your diary has been read - about 4276 times on last count! Your diary is read nearly twice as much as mine LOL! So I don't think you need to worry about being alone.... On average most threads get 1 poster per 10 reads - You have about 20 reads per poster - nothing to worry about there!

    Have a great day!
