    phew... im back
had a poorly couple of days, didnt come on here so must have been bad. tucked myself up in bed as much as i could.
so then onwards and upwards... had a good house cleaning day, ironing pile hmmm i think it must be breding somehow!
moneywise.. same old same old but some positive new on the car we are trying to sell; lots of people ringing up and want to know more. hoping to sell it in the next week and that would release a good amount of cash and pay off one loan.
work wise - nothing going on a moment as im all up to date so thats a bit grim.
ebay - going well and managed to sort out a whole load of new stuff to list next week starting on tuesday so that should generate some cash.
as for the holiday im pining for .. thats a big NO NO!!!
right o - im off to watch tv.
hope everyone else out there in debtbustingland is good and well!

  • think of the holiday you can have when your debt free andyou have saved for it you will appreciate it more. I sometimes want to splurge not your amount cos I don't have it but I know I'd feel bad because what I had spent could clear somemore of a debt chin up and keep going x x

    Yay you're back :j
Glad you are feeling better, my little sis come down with the same as you Friday. Not nice.

Would be so great if you could sell the car soon, keeping my fingers crossed for you. Good luck with the new ebay stuff, it all adds up as you know ;)

It's SO horrible saying no to the holiday isn't it. I told OH that this year we would not be going abroad (it's only one year out of so many!) and we have booked centre parcs and are planning a short weekend camping in Snowdonia later this month. Maybe you could book yourself a cottage in the UK somewhere nice, lovely walks, scenery etc - freedom to really relax and collect your thoughts. It'll be far cheaper than abroad and you can book some lovely places for short breaks. Last nov we booked a lovely cottage in Snowdonia, with open log fire, rolling hills and mountains for Fri - Mon (sleeps 4) it cost us £250. It was magical and had pigs in the garden :rotfl:

Anyway, enough dreaming.....back to the reality of hard work and becoming debt free
