well I managed 20 minutes - cleared all the crockery out of DS's room and packed the dishwasher. Now I need to continue the hunt for some vouchers to try and get some money knocked off having my tyres done! Unfortunately I need 2.

Don't know if you've seen it on my diary - but I start a job a week on Monday - not the best money in the world or the best location but money.

    Hi Mrs CMr

Is there not the potential to get a f/t income from Avon. I started Kleeneze p/t, earnt £50 a week on average, now its my f/t income as you may have gathered from my diary although I dont think Ive actually said I do Kl on there, and my biggest 4 weeky chq f/t has been £2700. Anyway, just a thought, Im retailing a lot and striving to build a team, looking for people wanting to earn extra like me, and Im sure in Avon you would be a Manager to do that? and earn more that way? The nice thing about building a team is that you essentially get paid for helping and supporting your team earn what they are striving to. Anyway, on that note, have popped back home to nip to have a break, better get on and get thoses books out and deliveries done! Build that business!Take care x
My debts at LBM (2009)Grand Total £161,983.77.(Incs everything, mtge, cr cards, loans)
May 2013 £124,080.27= £37,903.50 paid off WOW!!!!! Well done! There is a guardian angel out there! :AI'm visualising success, debt freeness, and happy days!:T

Fantastic news, hope it goes well on Monday, it's always a bit nervewracking starting a new job.

LOL, my youngest daughter shares your pain. She's just started college and is looking for a part time job but at just 16 and without any work experience she's finding it tough.
The teach them loads at school these days but a GCSE in how not to be crushed by rejection would be useful. The school of life seems to have harsh teaching methods.
    Have a good'un.

Hi..I haven't posted on your thread for ages but catch up with it when I can.

IVA's...I am very anti IVA's (just from research and companies that I spoke to when finding out exactly what they were) and would strongly recommend you research them thoroughly as you have to 100% sure you can keep up the payments every single month for 5 years.

Have you got the interest frozen on the cards yet? Some play hardball but a quick letter to the Ombudsman tends to get results.

I organised 0% on all our cards 4 years ago and we are now doing F + F @ 30p in £ on each, one by one.
We had equity and school fees to consider too.

I can't put down all our stuff as the post would go on and on but I had some great free advice from a company and he never sells anyone a solution. He will always talk to someone and advise for free.
We used him to sort out a lease surrender (with personal guarantees) so paid for advice on closing down one part of the business (whilst maintaing another profitable part) and it was money very well spent as he knew exactly what we could and couldn't do within the law.

He knows everything about insolvency, Ltd companies etc etc. He also deals with just personal debts too esp for those who are self employed...which you are now. Slightly more difficult to explain to lenders that you have no idea what you will deff earn the following month.

He is very anti IVA. Pls don't go near debtfreedirect...it's all about the fee for them.

Anyway, feel free to PM me if you want his number.

Good news about all the extra income coming in too....;)

Really mrscmr!!! I'm shocked, don't you know *iron* is a four letter word, you should be ashamed of yourself! LOL.
    Personally I don't iron, I fold.
Having a great weekend, just got back from a great firework display, dog tired, but thought I'd just pop in to say hello.
Hope all is well with you, have fun.
