    1. financially we are stuffed
    2. i did a terrible thing today. i didnt check pockets and washed OH passport. its now missing the cover and BA say to bring it in to see if he can travel. i am completely hysterical. beginning to wonder why when i try so very hard in life that i screw up continually. starting to believe god is punishing me - why is this happening? when will anything ever happen thats good or just slightly good. life is a mess - i have such a headache from crying.

Now come on hun-deeeeeeep breaths! I say, his fault for leaving it in the pocket and not removing himself-he has some responsibility here too-and its fixable! OK-maybe some incovenience but hey-these sorts of things happen.Hope he's not being mean to you....

On the money front-there WILL be a way forward. You need to get your figures straight and really understand exactly what the gap is. Maybe he is going to have to keep looking for a job that works better for the family-even a job on the same salary but without all the travel related expenses would be better. And of course -there's you-anything happening on the work front?

And dare I say it-there is also the house in England/kids schools etc etc.I know absolutely all horrible thoughts and scary and last resort stuff-but you DO have assets and it's a question of finding a way of brdiging the gap short term until something shifts or you both decide on a way forward that you can all live with.

PLEASE DON'T DESPAIR!. You will get past this bad bad patch and get strong and fighting again.

Mortgage company seems like the most important call in short term-you said interest only for a while is an option? This should help. Also maybe worth calls with creditors to see what scope there is for reduced payments for a few months?

Or maybe call one of the debt charties for some advice-there will be a way that you can deal with this. Probably a case of swallowing pride and asking for help/guidance.

    Thoughts are with you xxx
